Pink Puffins

Dear Families,

Hi, my name is Paula Morrow. I‘d like to welcome you to Northland Early Education Center and to the Pink classroom 2009-2010 school year. I have worked for NEEC for seventeen years, all of which has been in the Infant department, though my association with the school began 1 ½ years earlier as a parent when my youngest son began receiving therapy services.

During the next few months your child will learn many new skills and grow by leaps and bounds, both physically and developmentally. Many changes will take place such as holding their bottles, feeding themselves, learning to sit, crawl and walk independently, just to name a few. Some will enter the wondrous realm of the toddler. We work daily to enhance your infant’s cognitive, motor, social-emotional and self-help skills. These skills will be achieved through a variety of purposeful play, sensory opportunities and repetition.

Our goal is to provide a positive learning experience in the least restrictive environment possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to talk to me. Communication is a key element in our relationship together. I am available at the school Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

PaulaSincerely,
Paula Morrow
